Can I send you a logo to use on our flag?
Yes, during the process of creating a new account, we have an upload option for you to provide us with your logo. We can only use high resolution images in the final print output! Ideally, you should send us a vector EPS graphic created in Adobe Illustrator. If your logo was professionally designed, you should consult with your designer to obtain the best file. If you do not have access to a high reolution image, you can still upload a logo file as a visual reference. -
Once I submit my new project, how long before I can see the design?
Our design department is open M-F 9am-5pm. Allow 48 hours of business days for your design to be ready. This does not include weekends. -
How do I wash my flag?
Machine wash, gentle cycle, cold water, mild detergent. -
What are my payment options?
We accept the following credit cards; Discover, American Express, Visa, & Mastercard. We also accept payments through PayPal. -
How much is shipping going to cost for my Katana kit?
Shipping & handling is $20 for ground shipping to anywhere in the continental US. Expedited shipping can be purchased for an extra charge dependent upon location. -
How long will it be before we receive our flag?
Once your design has been decided upon, your flag will ship within 5-7 business days. Allow 3-6 business days for transit time.
